摘要:离子交换是以离子交换剂上的可交换离子与液相中离子间发生交换为基础的分离方法。用于离子交换分离的树脂要求具有不溶性、一定的交联度和溶胀作用,而且交换容量和稳定性要高。近年来,将离子交换树脂应用于水处理的研究越来越受到人们的关注。因此,各种新型、改良型的离子交换树脂处理废水技术应运而生。本文的概述部分介绍了离子交换树脂的基本类型、性质特征、基体组成、物理结构、物理性质、离子交换容量、吸附选择性、再生、基本原理以及离子交换树脂的应用领域等等。

   本文对太阳能在锅炉水中的应用进行了研究,采用静态和动态实验。实验结果表明,反应温度越高,反应时间越长,树脂的吸附量越大。再生实验中,采用配好的NaCl溶液与混合的再生废液对失效树脂的再生效率是相当的,并对离子交换的应用研究方向进行了展望。本文还做了一个拓展,将已再生好的树脂继续通入原水,使之失效。结果表明,再次失效的树脂的吸附量与其再生效率之比非常接近1。

   本文还对阳离子交换器进行了设计,计算出相关的参数,并选用了一套合适的太阳能供热系统。

Abstract:Ion exchange ion exchanger is exchangeable ion exchange occurred between ionic liquid-based separation method.Ion exchange resins for the separation of insoluble requires a certain degree of cross-linking and swelling effect, and higher exchange capacity and stability.In recent years, the ion exchange resins used in water treatment research more and more people's attention.Therefore, a variety of new and improved wastewater treatment ion exchange resin technology came into being.Overview section of this article describes the basic types of ion exchange resins, nature characteristics, matrix composition, physical structure, physical properties, ion exchange capacity, adsorption selectivity, regeneration ,the basic principles and applications of ion exchange and so on.

   In this paper, the application of solar energy in the boiler water was studied by static and dynamic experiments. The results show that the higher the reaction temperature, reaction time longer, the greater the adsorption resin. Regeneration experiment, the NaCl solution and mixed with a good waste of the failure of regeneration of resin regeneration efficiency is considerable, and the application of ion exchange research directions are discussed. This article also made a development, will have a good resin to pass into the renewable raw water, so failure. The results show that, once again failed with the adsorption resin regeneration efficiency is very close to 1 ratio.

   This paper also cation exchanger was designed to calculate the relevant parameters, and select a suitable solar heating system.
