摘要：系统是应XXX公司的要求而设计的一个管理信息系统此系统是以易学易用的Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express为数据库平台,采用功能强大的编程语言Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为前端能够实现用户在客户端全面及时准确的处理日常的数据信息同时可以详尽可靠地进行商品进货信息商品销售信息 商品退货信息员工基本信息等信息的综合查询和统计可以大大提高企业工作人员的工作效率及为有关领导提供有效的参考信息便于决策本系统是在分析了现行商品管理中存在的问题的基础上，结合信息管理系统开发的概念、前各功能需求和公司里的情况而设计的这套系统。全文共分为课题研究的意义、开发环境、系统的实现、性能测试与分析以及结束语等章节，详细地阐述了本系统开发的目的、过程。

Abstract：the information system is designed for xxx company. this system uses easy base of microsoft acess2003 database, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express is structure.use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005as front—end and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is back—end. it can be used to accomplish user comprehensive, in time, veraciously carrying out everyday datas. at the same time can be used to query and statistics the information of worker , import goods and back goods. it would enhance the administer work efficiency and quality and supply valid reference and decision data for leaders.The system is the analysis of the existing merchandise management problems that exist on the basis of a combination of information management systems development concepts, structure and system development and the fundamental principles and methods, developed a set of commodity information management system. According to the actual situation from the various functional needs and the situation of the company and the design of such systems. The article consists of the significance of the research, development environment, the realization of system performance tests and analysis, and conclusion, the chapters, detailed description of the purpose of the system development process.
