摘要:随着城市建设及工业的发展，城市道路两旁的绿化逐渐被重视，由于我国树木种类繁多、分布广，就气候来说南北温太大，经常有寒流侵袭，因此，冻害的发生较普遍。树木冻害应引起人们的高度重视，要是防冻不及时或防冻措施不当，将会间接导致树木的死亡。
绿化树的防冻主要依靠人工用草绳捆绑树干或者用石灰水把树干涂白,然而人工防冻这种方法枯燥无味且效率低下，因此应该设计一种可以代替人工劳动的机器，自动地对绿化树进行喷涂和缠绕草绳。本产品设计主要为解决当前树木在喷涂石灰水过程中效率低下、材料浪费严重的状况以及解决树木缠绕草绳面临着的工程量大、工作枯燥乏味及耗时太久的问题，提供一种效率高、成本低、石灰水利用率高、喷涂均匀的树木用石灰水喷涂机和草绳缠树机。
该装置主要包含三大部分，第一是动力及控制装置，其功能是提供动力、控制喷涂和包树的高度和密度；第二是喷涂及包树装置，主要是对排绳绕绳及喷涂机构进行设计，该装置主要应用螺旋传动机构来将旋转运动变换为直线运动或应用螺旋传动来实现机构的升降运动；第三是传动系统装置，它的用途是把动力和运动传递给执行机构，促使执行机构完成喷涂包树功能。

The device consists of three parts, the first is the power and control device, its function is to provide power, control of spraying and tree height and density; second is and package tree spray device, mainly is carries on the design to the rope winding rope and spraying system, the main application of spiral the mechanism to convert a rotary motion into linear motion or application of spiral transmission to realize lifting motion mechanism; third is the transmission device, its purpose is to force and motion to the actuator, the actuator to complete the spraying package tree function.
