本文详细介绍了相机前罩注塑模的设计。主要介绍了浇注系统、冷却系统、脱模机构、成型零件等的设计方法及过程。他们共同组成一套完整的模具。

This paper of its molding part size, stripping force etc work makes a detailed plan and checking, Guarantee of injection by checking, clamping force of dynamicrigidity, injection pressure check and inste size of plastic parts and assdditiomblise. This paper also introduces the maximum amounallation size checking, open mold trip check calculation method of selecting suitable for injection machine.
