摘要
为了解决日益严重的环境污染和能源危机的问题,开发了一种垂直轴风力发电机。由于原材料价格不断上涨,小型风力发电机组生产成本,也不断提高。所以,为了风力发电机的长远可持续性发展,本设计主要设计的是小型垂直轴风力发电机组结构。
在对中国各大地区风能分布量的了解调查之后,先对本次方案设计作出一个设计流程,然后对其总体结构做一个概括性设计。其上部风叶的选材,风叶的翼型尺寸设计和发动机的计算选择。
在本设计中,主要的研究设计对象是立杆的选材还有其结构设计及其尺寸并且在其尺寸下进行水平风力载荷受力分析,把计算出来的结果进行安全性检测计算,然后把各个方案的计算结果进行对比,统计,优化设计。
