摘要:模具是一种技术密集、资金密集型产品,是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。75%的粗加工工业产品零件、50%的精加工零件由模具成型,绝大部分塑料制品也由模具成型。模具工业已正式确定为基础产业,被称为“工业之母”。本文以漱口杯为研究对象,从以下几个方面进行了注塑模具的设计:

   1、通过介绍了塑料模具发展的现状和趋势,阐述了塑料模具是现代社会经济发展不可缺少的和模具生产技术水平的高低是衡量一个国家产品制品水平高低的重要标志之一,来体现塑料摸具的重要性。

   2、通过分析了塑件的工艺性,根据塑件材料确定了收缩率和脱模斜度,根据塑件结构分析确定了壁厚和精度。

   3、根据浇注系统的设计原则,对主流道、分流道、浇口、冷料穴、拉料杆和排气系统从结构形式、尺寸等方面进行设计;并对模具中成型零件加以计算。

   4、根据塑料制件的大小和结构进行计算,选择适合的标准模架;为了保证动模与定模合模时正确定位和导向,选择适合的导柱和导套,形成系统的合模导向机构;确定支撑与固定零件的各尺寸大小;计算出脱模力,根据顶出机构设计原则进行设计;根据冷却系统的计算和冷却装置的设计要点对温度调节系统进行设计;

   5、绘制成型零件图、模具装配图及其它结构零件图。

   通过对以上各部件的计算和设计,使得模具工作可靠,并保证了与其他部件的精确配合。本设计在有限的时间里圆满完成了漱口杯注塑模具设计,达到了预期的设计效果。

Die industry have been formally identified as a basic industry, known as the "mother of the industry". In this paper the gargling cup as the research object, from the following several aspects of the design of injection mold:

1、Through the introduction of the present situation of the development of the plastic mould and trend, expounds the plastic mould modern social economic development is the indispensable and mold production technology of level is the measure of a national product products level one of the important marks, to reflect the importance of plastic undersized. 

     2、Through the analysis of the technology of plastic parts, plastic parts materials according to determine the shrinkage and draft, according to the plastic parts structure analysis to determine the wall thickness and precision. 

     3、According to the design of gating system principle, to mainstream way, split,, runner, cold material, and point the stem and exhaust system material from the form of the structure design, size, etc; And in the die forming parts to be calculated. 

     4、According to the size of plastic parts and structure calculation, choose suitable standard formwork; In order to guarantee dynamic model and the model molmerged correct orientation and when guidance, choose suitable guide pin and a guide set, form system molmerged steering mechanism; Sure support and secure parts of each size; Calculate stripping force, according to a top agency design principle in design; According to the cooling system of the calculation and design key points of the cooler for temperature control system design; 

     5、Draw molding part drawing, mold assembly drawing and other structure drawing.  

Based on the calculation of the various components and design, make die working and reliable, and the other parts of the guarantee and accurate alignment. This design in the limited time successfully finished gargle injection mold design, achieve the expected effect of the design.
