摘要:注塑模具现如今运用相当广泛,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高生产效率有很大意义。

   本设计主要是针对相机外壳的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺性分析和比较,最终采用注塑模具对其设计。从产品结构工艺性及具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、分型面、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择和模架的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。本设计运用UG软件确定了分型面,动、定模板及型腔、型芯,选取了相应的模架完成对相机外壳的磨具设计。

   通过本设计,可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理;对UG的熟练,可以快速设计出模具所需的各种零部件,加深了对模具各个零件的认识。

Abstract: Injection mold is now widely used, the research injection mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improve the production efficiency to have the very big significance.

   The design is mainly directed against the camera shell mold design, through the technology of plastic parts for analysis and comparison, the injection mold to its design. From the process of product structure and the concrete structure of the mold, the mold's gating system, the mold forming part of the structure, parting surface, the roof system, cooling system, the choice of injection molding machine and mold 's choice and the related parameter examination has the detailed design. The design of the use of UG software to establish the face, dynamic, templates and cavity, core, chose corresponding frame to complete the camera shell tool design.

   Through this design, may to cast the mold to have a preliminary understanding, notes in the design of some detail question, understands the mold structure and working principle of UG; skilled, can quickly design a mold for all kinds of parts, deepened pair of mold parts recognition.
