摘要:液压泵采油是一种新型的无杆采油技术。通过从地面下入上下行液压管与油井油管形成U型管的原理,利用多管式液压采油泵超低能耗的将地下原油举升至地面。地面动能只需克服、地层液在油管内的摩阻、液压液在液压管内的摩阻、地层液到达地面后需举升的水头。
液压泵采油系统,由于采用了地面液压动力源,地面加热器,同时还增设一个地面电加设备为井下双向液压泵提供工作动力加热原油;双向液压泵在行程中受液压缸活塞的作用下使上下泵始终有一个吸液状态,而另一个处于排液状态中,达到双向液压泵连续采油的效果。
本次液压泵设计涉及到液压泵的各种液压元件,通过对泵筒、柱塞、泵阀、阀罩等一系列的元件的设计及选取,及液压泵与采油系统的组合,完成了本次设计。

ABSTRACT:The hydraulic pump is a new type of rodless oil extraction technology. Through from the ground into the downlink hydraulic pipe and oil well pipe forming principle of U type tube, multi-tube hydraulic oil pump by ultra low energy consumption will be underground crude oil lifting to the ground. Hydraulic fluid kinetic energy to overcome the ground only, formation fluid friction, in the oil pipe to reach the ground in the hydraulic friction, tube formation fluid after lifting the head.
Hydraulic pump system, because of the ground hydraulic power source, a ground heater, also added a ground electric equipment to provide working power for heating crude oil downhole bidirectional hydraulic pump; two-way hydraulic pump by hydraulic cylinder piston effect in the trip to the upper and lower pump always have a liquid state, and the other one is in liquid state, achieve the two-way hydraulic pump continuous production effect.
The pumb design involves various hydraulic pump, the pump cylinder, piston, valve, valve cover, a series of design elements and selection, combination and hydraulic pump and oil production system, completed the design of.
