摘要:模具是工业生产用的重要的工艺装备,在现代工业生产中,60%~90%的工业产品需要使用模具,模具工业以成为工业发展的基础,许多新产品的研制与开发很大程度上依赖于模具的生产,因此,研究和发展模具技术,提高模具水平,对促进国民经济的发展有着特别重要的意义。

本论文主要论述了材料为ABS的小尺寸、一般精度的音箱外壳注射模的设计方法。论文首先介绍了塑料成型基础及塑料注射成型的工艺过程;其次通过对注塑加工方法及音箱外壳进行综合工艺分析,确定了音箱外壳注射模的设计方案,即该模具采用一模两腔的设计方案。然后针对该方案进行了重点论述,主要包括其注塑模的设计过程、注塑模主要零部件的设计要点等。其中注塑模主要设计的重点包括:零件结构设计、模具分型面的选择、型腔数目的确定、浇注系统的设计、注射机的校核等。最后论文针对音箱外壳塑件的成型工艺方法的可行性进行了论证。

Abstract:Mould is an important setup in modern industry .In manufacturing industry,60~90 percent of products utilize mould. Moulding industry has been a essential factor of industry development. A number of new products’ developments considerably depend on mould making. Therefore, it is significant for national economy to research and improve mould technology.

  The dissertation introduces the design of injection plastic mold for speaker shell. The speaker shell made by ABS is small size and common precision. Firstly, The dissertation mainly explains the designing process of the mould. Secondly, The dissertation analyses shaping craft and devises the shaping strategy. The mould adopts one mould and two- cavities. The dissertation gives fully analysis to the making process. Thirdly, the dissertation focuses on the analysis of the design of injection plastic mould for speaker shell , including: structural part design; decision of  parting plane;  assurance of cavity number; design of gating system ; strength verification, etc. Lastly, the dissertation demonstrates the feasibility of the design.
