摘 要:当今社会,自动化技术的运用范围涉及到各个领域。大到国防安全,航空航大领域,小到每个人的个人生活,都离不开自动化。机械的自动化、智能化早己成为企业追求生产效率,安全作业,降低人工劳动成本等的一种重要方式。自动化程度的高低,己经成为一项衡量一个国家,企业,现代化水平的标准。可见自动化技术的运用即广泛,又重要!
长期以来,市场还没有普及自动售粥机,而很多名为自动“售粥机”只是完成对粥的封装功能,没有真正的实现“自动售粥”的功能。而主要的“对粥的定量”和“盛粥”功能只能依靠人工来完成,使自动售粥机的功能大打折扣。本人设计的该自动售饭机不仅具备传统自动售饭机的功能,而且没有在人工参与的情况下能够实现对粥的定量,盛装。这样就使得该售饭机更具效率。机械式的定量避免了试用人工售饭时,对饭量把握不当使粥量不均;全自动的售粥也避免了用人工售饭产生时的卫生担忧等。它可使用于人量较多的食堂,餐厅等场合。其中对学校食堂,企业餐厅,饭店等都具有相当的市场。所以该售粥机有不小的发展潜力。
第一章首先介绍了本设计的选题目的及意义,阐述了自动售粥机的发展状况。然后根据人工售饭的过程,分析了可行的工作原理,并根据粥的特性设计出可实现的框架结构。
第二章对系统功能进行描述,对功能进行分解,自动售粥机系统模块分解,最终求解得出系统设计方案并作出总布局图。
第三章是本设计的主体部分。根据社会实践调查确定合理可行的设计要求参数,根据设计参数要求对每一个模块进行详细的设计。包括单片机的设计、漏斗容量的计算、驱动装置的选择、盛粥方案的选择等。
第四章对本次设计进行总结,简要说明本设计的优点和不足,并提出进一步研究的设想。
