摘 要:本洗鞋机采用翻滚的原理，可以同时对四双鞋子进行洗刷，并且同时能够洗刷鞋子的内部。洗鞋的种类为运动鞋板鞋布鞋等。洗鞋过程包括预洗刷，洗刷，漂白，清洗，加香五个阶段。洗鞋有轻柔，标准，快速三种选择，以应对不同的洗鞋要求。本设计主要包括四大部分，第一是洗刷部分设计，主要包括内外鞋刷，它的功能是实现洗刷。第二是驱动传动部分设计，它的主要功能是提供动力和一定的洗刷速度。第三部分是进排水系统，它的主要功能是进排水和洗涤剂，漂白粉，香料的添加。第四部分是控制系统的设计，它的主要功能是实现洗鞋过程的自动话控制。自动洗鞋机10-20分钟洗一批鞋子，洗鞋质量好，可以很好的节省人力。
