摘要:本设计是扬州市税务局综合楼建筑给排水工程设计,该住宅为十二层,主要包括室内生活给水系统、室内消防给水系统、室内排水系统、室内热水给水系统四个部分。
生活给水系统:采用分区给水,共计两个区。一层至二层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。三到七层为加压低区,八到十二层为加压高区。
消防系统:采用消火栓给水系统,室内消火栓给水系统采用临时高压给水,由消防水池、加压泵、供水管、阀门、室内消火栓等组成。火灾初期10min的用水量由屋顶消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。
排水系统:采用污、废水合流制,排水系统仅设伸顶通气管,污水经化粪池处理后排入市政污水管网。
热水系统:采用封闭式机械循环热水系统,分区情况与冷水系统一致,热水系统采用容积式水加热器供应。
给水系统和热水系统均采用PP—R给水管材,排水系统采用塑料排水管,消火栓给水系统采用热镀锌钢管。
设计中涉及到的管道布置、计算与安装及设备选型,均应遵循相关规范的要求,力求经济合理,简洁高效。

Fire System: Fire Hydrant System, Fire Hydrant System for indoor use of temporary high-pressure water from the fire water, pressure pumps, water pipes, valves, fire hydrant etc.. Fire, water from the roof of the initial 10min of the supply of fire water tank, fire pump normal water supply from the extract from the water tanks.
Hot water system: hot water system with closed loop mechanical, zoning conditions consistent with the cold water system, hot water system uses volumetric water heaters supply.
Water supply system and hot water systems are used PP-R water supply pipes, drainage pipes with UPVC, Fire Hydrant system uses hot dip galvanized steel pipe.
The pipeline involved in the design layout, equipment selection and calculation and installation, are the corresponding design principle, seek economical, simple and efficient.
