摘要:此次毕业设计为XX学院新校区行政楼，所在地为重庆市大学城。该工程的建设单位为XX学院，施工图纸齐全。本工程的土建预算部分包括基础工程、主体结构工程、屋面工程及图纸中说明的部分装饰工程。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础，建筑面积为7299.56平方米，层高为24.9米，六层公共建筑，框架结构，抗震设防烈度为6度，耐火等级二级，工程类别三类。
该投标文件的编制是以XX学院新校区行政楼的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据。
此次毕业设计首先熟悉XX学院新校区一教学楼设计图纸，运用软件为广联达钢筋GGJ2009计算该栋建筑的钢筋量、其次运用广联达图形算量软件GCL2008计算工程量，最后运用广联达计价软件GBQ4.0套取定额，计算工程的总造价为9,079,002.56元。

ABSTRACT:This works for Chongqing City Management College new campus administration building, located in Chongqing University City. The project construction unit of Chongqing City Management College, construction drawings are complete. The portion of the budget, including the civil engineering infrastructure projects, the main structural engineering, roofing works and drawings illustrate some decoration works. Infrastructure uses a hand-dug pile foundation construction area of 7299.56 square meters, the height of 24.9 meters, six public buildings, frame structure, seismic fortification intensity is six degrees, fire resistance rating of two, three project categories.
