摘要:现在国内的餐饮空间随着经济文化的发展,已经从最初的解决温饱问题逐步发展成一种精神文化的的需求。设计者和消费者更加注重餐饮空间的主题与风格,许多城市的餐饮空间风格基本相同,而沿海发达地区的餐饮建设却令人耳目一新。他们能把握某一流派的风格特征来展开设计,从设计的各个组成部分都能连贯的体现这一主题。
《品味中国》的主题餐厅设计围绕着中国的传统文化展开设计,目的在于发扬和传承中国的文化精髓,让中国人不要盲目崇拜西方国家的文化,让西方国家更多的了解中国的文化底蕴。
整个设计以中国的文化为核心,汲取中国传统文化要素,将其运用到本次设计中,重点在于突出中国元素在餐饮空间的设计中的特色,包括区域分隔,主题颜色的采用,陈设品的摆放及采用蕴含中国文化的竹做环境的绿化等,这些都紧扣《品味中国》这一主题。
