摘要:在家庭装修设计中，对于客户，那是家，家必须是有灵魂的，有爱的，而不是冰冷的房子或仅仅是住宅。
在设计中，我找到了了家应具备的十二个因素：“风景、套房、居心地、火、游戏心、厨房和餐桌、孩子、触感、壁龛、家具、持续住下去、光”。细细分析这十二个因素，你会发现这不是简单的拼凑、排列，它体现了一个生活中的大道理：术道的领悟。如果说“风景、套房、火、厨房和餐桌、孩子、触感、壁龛、家具、光”是住宅设计的有形的术，是看得见、摸得着、感受得到的家居必备硬件，那么“居心地、游戏心、持续住下去”必须是住宅设计的无形的道了，无需用眼睛用耳朵去看去听，只需用心去感受，去聆听。术是表现形式，是微观的，被统帅的，是技术性的：“道”则贯穿和统帅一栋住宅的“术”，它所涉及的是自然和心灵的和谐融合。拥有“术”的家，是全的，拥有“道”的家，是活的。

室内居住环境，因为是人居住，之所以是人的居住空间，那在考虑的因素不一样，不仅仅是为了达到一定的居住条件，而且还要在文化、审美等等地方下功夫。以人为本的设计才是居住空间设计的真正意义所在，在以人为本的基础之上与文化艺术相结合，赋予居住空间文化特性，让其成为艺术的代表作。
现代室内居住空间的要求更加完美，功能更加丰富，在这个繁华的都市里，别墅是人类进步的表现，远离都市的宣泄，回到别墅里就像沉浸在自然的怀抱里，但是同时又要满足现代人所需要的居住条件。所以别墅设计是一个与自然结合的完美的居住空间的设计。脱离了自然，人们躁动的心情得不到释放，忙碌的生活得不到休息，从而就达不到人类所需要的居住空间设计。所以别墅设计结合了现代人居住的环境来设计的。别墅设计——传递新的文化审美的居住空间。间的联系和变化，再加以美感的烘托、主题的渲染，一个大致的功能区域划分思路就会清晰开来。
