摘要：根据现代心理学的研究成果，人们可通过视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉、触觉等多种渠道感知世界，而视觉感受是获取信息最为重要的方式。人们对色彩的感受在咖啡馆的设计中占有十分重要的地位。不同的休闲空间在色彩运用时，应考虑功能方面的要求。不同的功能空间，在色彩上的要求是不一样的，要根据具体的内容来确定其色调。不同的功能空间划分，虽然是室内色彩设计必要的考虑内容，但也不能千篇一律，生搬硬套，而需要别出心裁的设计，这样才能使空间具有生命力。不同的色彩给人的视觉感受是不同的，不同大小、不同形态的空间可以利用色彩来进行更深入的强调或削弱。充分利用色彩的在空间环境中的催化剂作用，重新改造空间结构，弥补空间的缺陷，利用色彩改善空间整体环境是咖啡馆设计里最为重要的一环。

ABSTRACT：According to the achievements of modern psychology, people can perceive the world through the visual, hearing, smell, taste, touch and other channels, while the visual experience is the most important way to obtain information. People’s feeling of colors occupies a very important position in the design of coffee hall. In the use of colors, the functional requirements should be considered in different leisure space. The requirement of the colors for different functional spaces are not the same, it determines its colors according to the specific content. Although the interior color design is an indispensable content to consider, the different functional spaces should not follow the same pattern, apply mechanically. However, it requires creating fresh new styles of design, so as to make the space full of vitality. Different colors give us different visual feeling. Different size, different forms of space can be further stressed or weakened in the use of colors. By fully use of colors in space environment, designers can renovate space structure and fill the space limitations. This is an important part to improve the overall space environment in the coffee shop design.
