摘要:直流调速系统具有良好的启动、制动性能,虽然高性能交流调速技术发展很快,但直流拖动控制理论在理论上和实践上都比较成熟,目前仍广泛地应用于自动控制要求较高的各种生产部门。工业用的直流电动机驱动器已是全数字化产品,它具有使用方便、调速性能好、精度高、控制功能丰富、稳定、可靠等一系列优点。
本课题主要是基于实验室的直流电机调速系统,利用S7-300系列PLC、HMI和6RA70调速器,结合SIMATIC Manager和SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008之间的程序设计和组态,进行直流电机调速系统的软件设计,最终实现直流电动机的启停、点动、转延时启动、速度反馈显示及监测功能。

ABSTRACT:DC speed control system has a good start and braking performance,although high-performance AC drive technology has developed rapidly ,but DC drive control theory are relatively mature in theory and in practice .At present, it is still widely used in automatic control of the various productive sectors require higher. Industrial DC motor drive is fully digital products,It is easy to use, good speed performance, high precision,control feature-rich, stable and reliable series of advantages.DC motor drives is an important part of industrial automation system,has the control, monitoring measurement, protection, communication, and all other necessary functions.
The main subject is the use of S7-300 series PLC, HMI and 6RA70 converter,combined with SIMATIC Manager and SIMATIC Wincc flexible 2008 between program design and configuration,for DC motor speed control system software design,based on laboratory’s DC motor speed control system.And ultimately achieve the DC motor start and stop, jog, turn delayed start, speed feedback display and monitoring functions.

本课题采用的是以6RA70全数字直流调速器作为调速基础而设计的直流调速系统,以上两个特点能完全优质的实现,而基于全数字控制直流电机驱动器搭建的直流调速系统已经获得了广泛应用。
我们通过实验室的直流电机调速系统模拟实际生产中的调速应用系统,通过设计直流电动机起停、速度控制和状态监测等功能,来模拟实际生产中相应的功能,从而提升我们对工业生产中调速系统的认知。在本次设计过程中,我们需要对PLC-300软件编程、触摸屏软件编程以及对6RA70调速器的参数设置,所以熟练掌握这些知识,对搭建相应的电机调速系统具有十分重要的工程意义。
