摘要:目前很多城市的道路卫生清扫状况，一般都是用引擎驱动的清洁车或者是环卫工人靠手用扫把将垃圾与灰尘清扫收集至簸箕，然后将簸箕里的垃圾与灰尘再倒入垃圾收集车中，这些清扫作业要么需要消耗很多能源，同时还会造成环境污染，要么需要大量劳动力且工作效率低，针对这些现状，本设计是希望设计出一种无需引擎驱动且工作效率高，不需大量劳动力的环保型清洁车。本设计采用脚踏式驱动，不仅能实现动力的输入，又能节约能源，保护环境；本设计可以对较平坦的路面状况进行清扫，收集垃圾。车前部装有两个刷子，刷子将垃圾清扫至中间，车上装有两个滚刷，下滚刷将由前部两个刷子清扫的垃圾清扫至上、下两滚刷交界处，再由上滚刷将垃圾清扫至垃圾收集箱中。清洁车的一切动力都由脚踏提供，通过各种传动装置在各个部件之间传动，使得清洁车在前行的同时也能实现对地面垃圾的清扫及收集工作。在清洁车的后部装有一水箱，当路面状况灰尘很多时，可进行洒水功能，平时可关闭洒水功能。

Abstract:At present a lot of city road cleaning condition, are generally used engine driven cleaner or broom sanitation workers by garbage and dust cleaning and collecting to the dustpan, the dustpan and rubbish and dust pour the refuse collection vehicles, these sweeping operations or the need to consume a lot of energy, but also cause environmental pollution, either need a large amount of labor and the work efficiency is low, for the present situation, the design is to design a without the engine drive and the work efficiency is high, does not require a lot of labor protection type cleaning vehicle. This design uses the pedal type driving, can not only realize power input, and can save energy, protect environment; the design can be of relatively flat pavement cleaning, garbage collection. The front is provided with two brushes, brush clears the garbage to the middle, the car is fitted with two roller brush, roller brush will be under the front two brush cleaning garbage cleaning first, two rolling brush junction, then on the rolling brush clears the garbage into the garbage collection box. Clean car all power is composed of a foot pedal to provide, through a variety of transmission device in the individual components of transmission, make clean car forward can also achieve the ground rubbish cleaning and collection. In the back of the car with a clean water tank, when the surface condition of a lot of dust, can carry out water spraying function, can usually be closed sprinkling function.
