摘要:蒙自盛产石榴,石榴畅销全国,远销东南亚,目前蒙自采用人工对石榴进行分级,人工分级的缺点是:劳动量大、生产效率低、分选精度不稳定。怎么样提高分选的效率呢!针对蒙自石榴分选市场的需求,需要设计出与之相对应的专业机器对石榴进行分选。这样既能改进产品的生产质量,又能提高劳动生产率和改善劳动条件,同时还能实现小批量或者是大批量的生产,实现产品生产的高度机械化、电气化和自动化,从而促进蒙自经济的发展。

   第一章介绍选题的目的及意义,阐述了石榴分级机构的发展状况。然后根据石榴大小分选的要求,结合目前的分级机构分析可行的方案,根据工作原理设计出两种不同的分离方案,对两种方案进行优化对比,确定最终的设计方案;最后给出了设计的框架结构。

   第二章是设计的主体部分。根据社会实践调查确定合理可行的设计要求参数,根据设计参数要求对每一个模块进行详细的设计。包括石榴分选系统模块分解,原动机的选择设计、V带轮的设计、减速器的设计、分离筒的设计与计算,轧辊的设计,以及部分零部件精确设计和计算、校核。

   第三章进行总结,简要说明设计的优点和不足,并提出进一步研究的设想。

Then according to the size of the requirements of pomegranate sorting, combined with the current classification of mechanism analysis and feasible scheme, according to the work principle to design two different separation scheme, with two kinds of Schemes Optimization of contrast, determine the final design of the programme; finally, the design of the frame structure

   The second chapter is the main part of the design. According to the social practice findings to determine the reasonable design parameters, according to the requirements of the design parameters of each module detailed design.
