摘要:本系统开发采用ASP.NET编程语言，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2000为开发工具，Windows XP作为操作系统而实现。采用流媒体技术和ASP.NET技术实现了视频在线点播、在线直播、视频投票、视频检索、视频评论、后台管理视频、后台管理评论、数据库管理等主要功能，其中用到大量逻辑算法与思维，比如视频搜索，为了实现复合条件搜索功能，其中参数的传递就进行了30多种排序，其中视频点播功能和视频直播功能用了流媒体技术，使用户访问时实现实时传输的效果，通过本系统的设计与实现满足了用户的需求，同时方便了用户对视频资源的访问要求。
当今社会是信息社会，计算机信息管理领域的竞争十分激烈。尤其是我国加入WTO以后，计算机信息管理领域的竞争就更激烈了。在全球化、网络化、信息化、数字化趋势下，快速成长是中国企业的典型特征， VOD(VideoOnDemand)的实质是信息的使用者可根据自己的需要主动获得多媒体信息,具有主动性和交互性的特点。最初的VOD应用于卡拉OK点播,以后逐渐应用到局域网和有线电视网中,随着计算机存储技术、网络通信技术和视频压缩技术的高速发展,通过互联网络进行VOD服务已成为可能。而基于Web的实时流媒体VOD系统随着Internet的迅猛发展,将成为人们喜爱的双向交互的A/V实时点播系统。VOD技术是多学科、多领域交叉结合的产物,可应用于政府企事业内部视频资料点播、视频会议、学校远程教育、宽带网视频点播和互联网直播等许多领域。
