摘要:本论文主要是设计了流化床包衣机的控制系统,也对流化床中的吹风、喷液和包衣液等做出了控制设计。
以流化床的喷雾制粒工艺为背景,设计并且制造了一台小型的流化床包衣机,集喷雾干燥机、包衣机以及制粒机于一体,在具备了包衣、干燥、制粒以及混合等多种功能的基础上,实现了电脑可视化操作以及PLC控制,符合了卫生部GMP规范的要求,并且满足操作过程中对方便控制、灵活操作以及物料广泛的适应性等要求。
通过查阅相关的资料,了解了当前国内外流化床包衣机的研究以及制造现状,初步制定了设计方案。
在深入细致地查看理解了流化床包衣机控制的有关理论,并且按照GMP规范的基础上,对流化床包衣机进行了总体设计,主要分为结构部分设计以及控制系统设计。
运用人机工程学概念,并且结合先进的制造技术,对流化床从整体、部件以及零件进行设计及制造。按照系统设计的要求,逐项做完各项任务,直到设计完成。
根据控制系统功能的要求,在系统分析的各种控制方案的基础上,确定以PLC控制为核心,计算机实现实时监控的控制体系,自动控制系统监控开发环境和软件平台,利用各自软件分别编写组态程序和PLC程序,并进行程序测试。

ABSTRACT:The paper machine control system and experimental fluidized bed coating is to design, make the design and control of the coating liquid, in a fluidized bed drier, spray liquid etc.

Use of human-machine engineering, and advanced manufacturing technology, fluidized bed from the whole to parts, components in design and manufacturing. According to the system design, carry on each task, until the end.
According to the functions of control system, the various control scheme on the
basis of systematic analysis, to determine the PLC controller as the core, the computer control system for real-time monitoring body, and use the configuration software as the automatic control system monitoring software platform and development environment, respectively, configuration program using their software, and the program test, and write PLC program.
