摘 要:人机界面是在操作人员和机器设备之间做双向沟通的桥梁,用户可以自由的组合文字、按钮、图形、数字等来处理或监控管理及应付随时可能变化的多功能显示屏幕。随着机械设备的飞速发展,以往的操作界面由熟练的操作人员才能操作,而且操作困难,无法提高工作效率。但是使用人机界面能够明确指示并告知操作员机器设备目前的状况,使操作变得简单生动,并且可以减少操作上的失误,即使是新手也可以很轻松的操作整个机器设备。使用人机界面还可以使机器的配线标准化、简单化,同时也能减少PLC控制器所需的I/O点数,降低生产的成本。同时由于面板控制的小型化及高性能,相对的提高了整套设备的附加价值。文章所写内容通过对人机界面的认识和PLC的程序,来举例通过用元件里的表针元件,趋势图等一些元件来制作一个简单的EB8000的一个窗口,然后连接触摸屏,下载编译程序来实现电脑,触摸屏一体化设计,从而认识触摸屏的基本操作。

Abstract:The man-machine interface is in the operating personnel and equipment between the two-way communication bridge, the user can freely combined text, buttons, graphics, digital to treatment or monitoring management and coping may change the multifunction display screen. With the rapid development of mechanical equipment, the operation interface by skilled operators to operate, and the operation difficulty, can improve work efficiency. But the use of man-machine interface can clear instructions and inform the operator equipment current situation, so that the operation is simple and vivid, and can reduce the operational error, even the novice can easily operate the machines and equipment. The use of man-machine interface can also allow the machine wiring standard and simple, but also can reduce the PLC controller for I / O points, reduce the production cost. At the same time as the control panel for the miniaturization and high performance, the relative improvement of complete set of equipment value added. Articles are written mainly through the man-machine interface and PLC procedures, for example by using element hand element, trends and other components to create a simple EB8000of a window, and then is connected with a touch of frequency, download the compiler to achieve the computer, touch screen design, thereby recognizing touch screen the basic operation.
