摘  要:本次设计的内容是北京市某别墅毛细管辐射供冷暖设计,该别墅高约15米,大楼总建筑面积为260㎡,其中空调面积为170㎡。主楼地面3层,层高均为3米。

   按照一般计算负荷的方法,采用冷负荷系数法计算建筑物的热、湿负荷,考虑到建筑物的结构和使用功能方面,在设计空调水系统时,采用毛细管辐射系统加置换新风系统二种。毛细管辐射作为新兴的一种末端形式,具有其他传统末端不具备的优点,能够更加的节能环保。置换式新风系统是一种有效的空气净化设备能够使室内空气产生循环,一方面把室内污浊的空气排出室外,另一方面把室外新鲜的空气经过杀菌,消毒、过滤等措施后,再输入到室内,让房间里每时每刻都是新鲜干净的空气。

   毕业设计是教学计划中一个重要的教学环节,是培养我们运用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能分析解决实际问题能力的一个重要环节。通过设计综合运用和深化所学专业理论知识,培养独立工作能力,分析解决一般工程实际问题的能力,使我们受到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练。

Abstract:This design is the content of capillary radiation a villa in Beijing for heating and design, the hotel high about 15 meters, building a total construction area of 260 ㎡, including air conditioning area for 170 ㎡. The hotel building ground layer 3 for 3 meters high and all. 

   According to the general method of calculating load, the cold load coefficient method calculate buildings of the thermal and moisture load, considering building structure and functions, in design, air conditioning water system by capillary radiation system plus replacement fresh air system two. Capillary radiation as a kind of extreme emerging with other traditional form, the advantages of terminal does not have the energy conservation and environmental protection, can be more. Replacement type fresh air system is a kind of effective air purification equipment can make indoor air produce circulation, on the one hand, the indoor the foul air discharge outdoor, on the other hand the outdoor fresh air after sterilization, disinfection, filtering and other measures, then enter indoor, let room zhongsheng is fresh clean air. 

   Graduation design is an important teaching plan of teaching link, is the culture we learned the basic theory, the elementary knowledge and the basic skill analysis solution actual problem ability important segment. Through the design comprehensive and deepen major theoretical knowledge and cultivating the ability to work independently, analyze and solve engineering problems commonly by the ability to make our engineering and scientific research of basic training.
