摘 要:本设计是在对杭州大华西溪风情别墅家居进行的集成空调系统的设计。此设计的别墅主要包括对客厅、餐厅、书房、主卧等不同功能的房间设计，总建筑面积为162.45m2，建筑高度为3m，建筑共三层（一二层之间有夹层），一层布置有客厅、保姆房，夹层布置餐厅，二层布置客厅、老人房、小孩房、起居室，三层布置书房和主卧。此次暖通空调设计的内容包括：多联机空调系统（VRV）、空调室内机冷凝水系统、独立新风系统+全热交换器。

Abstract:This design is in the style of Hangzhou Xixi Villa Majestic for the integration of home air conditioning system. The design of the villas include the living room, dining room, study, master bedroom and other rooms are designed with different functions, with a total construction area of 162.45m2, building height of 3m, a total of three buildings (between a two-story mezzanine), a layer of furnished with living room, babysitting room, restaurant, sandwich arrangement, two-story living room layout, elderly housing, children room, living room, three-tier arrangement of study and master bedroom. The HVAC design include: multi-line air-conditioning system (VRV), air-conditioned indoor condensation water system, separate air system + total heat exchanger.

设计目的
毕业设计是教学过程的最后阶段采用的一种总结性的实践教学环节。通过毕业设计，能使学生综合应用所学的各种理论知识和技能，进行全面、系统、严格的技术及基本能力的练习。过毕业设计达到以下目的：
(1) 学生综合运用所学知识，结合实际独立完成课题的工作能力
(2) 拓宽学生的知识面，掌握知识的深度，运用理论结合实际去处理问题的能力，实验能力。
(3) 程的设计程序、方法、步骤，以便更好地适应将来的工作；
(4) 业的设计程序规范和设计技术措施；
(5) 析问题的能力，提高设计计算以及绘图的能力。
