摘要:现代企业采购过程控制以采购物流为控制核心是21世纪现代企业内部控制中的重要部分。采取有效的采购物流方式和完善供应链是对企业风险控制的重要手段。信息化环境下结合企业制度进行风险分析、供应商评估选取完整的采购物流系统实现对现代企业有效经营的同时，还必须了解采购物流过程中出现的问题提高采购物流管理水平并制定科学的采购战略。通过实际的例子反映采购过程控制的新思维，引出采购物流控制的重要性。此外，总结采购物流控制的实施经验，做到理论和实际有机结合，并对实施做出评价，现代企业加强采购物流管理和实施控制对企业今后发展有百利而无一害。

从国内外研究现状中看，采购物流是现代企业采购过程控制的基础性研究，其作用逐渐显著，企业物流一体化是企业发展的必然，采购物流将是物流一体化的重要组成部分物流一体化针对企业内部各个职能的运作与协调。现代学者注重研究采购物流控制的流程，有针对性的提出采购过程控制的所包含的各种问题，并寻求解决方法。此外，国内企业在完善采购过程的同时，运用各种软件对采购物流控制进行监控，从而降低风险和采购成本。
本文研究的目的，通过提出采购物流的理论基础和研究课题的现状，从基础上认识采购物流为下面提出的问题研究做有力的支撑，分析案例研究采购物流中存在的风险，对采购物流过程控制中存在的问题提供解决的措施。
