摘要:营运资金是企业资金总体中最具有活力的组成部分，企业的生存与发展在很大程度上，甚至从根本上是维系于营运资金的运转情况的。营运资金周转是整个资金周转的依托。显然没有营运资金的良好运转，企业的生存与发展是不可能的。
本文首先对研究的背景及意义进行了阐述，综述了国内外营运资金管理研究的现状。对营运资金的基本概念等理论知识进行了回顾，为下文的研究提供了理论依据。然后根据捉衣藏公司2009-2012年的财务报表，从宏观和微观的角度对捉衣藏公司的营运资金现状进行观察和分析，找出捉衣藏公司营运资金管理中存在的高存货问题。基于外部环境和内部管理对捉衣藏公司现存的营运资金问题产生的原因进行分析，并且提出了三点相应的对策建议，即优化存货管理，优化上下游供应链以及优化门店的分布。

Abstract:Working capital is the most vigorous part of enterprise funds in the overall, the survival and development of enterprises to a large extent, even is fundamentally operation depends on working capital. The working capital is the cash flow based on the. Obviously a good run without working capital, the survival and development of enterprises is not possible.
This paper first introduces the research background and significance are described, summarized the present situation of research on working capital management at home and abroad. The basic concept of working capital theory is reviewed, and provides a theoretical basis for the following study. Then according to the company four years of financial statements, the observation and analysis of working capital status of Smith Barney from macroscopic and microscopic angles, discovers the existence of working capital management in the company's problems.
