摘要:中小企业在我国企业中占据了绝大多数，已经成为了我国国民经济当中的重要组成部分之一。中小企业不仅在税收方面的贡献极大，而且提供了大量的就业岗位，在我国国民经济中发挥了经济运行稳定器的积极作用。但是，发端于2008年的国际金融危机给我国中小企业造成了非常剧烈的冲击。所谓后金融危机时期，主要指目前世界经济所处的特殊时期，是世界经济在遭受重创之后的脆弱复苏时期，并且是否能真正实现经济的完全回升，在尚不明确情况之下的一个艰难复苏阶段。后金融危机时代，中小企业面临的一大难题是融资难问题。如何有效解决这一问题，推进中小企业的健康发展，是目前金融领域亟待研究的热点问题。本文论述了后金融危机时代我国中小企业面临的融资困境和融资机遇，分析了融资难的原因所在，并提出了解决后金融危机中小企业融资问题的几点建议。

Abstract:Small and medium enterprises in China accounted for the vast majority of China's national economy has become an important part of one of them. SMEs not only a great contribution in terms of taxation, but also provides a large number of jobs in our national economy has played a positive role of stabilizer. However, began in 2008, the international financial crisis on China's small and medium enterprises created a very dramatic impact. The so-called after the financial crisis, mainly referring to the world economy in which the special period, is the world's economy suffered heavy losses after the fragile recovery period, and it can really achieve full economic recovery is not clear circumstances in a difficult recovery stage. Post-crisis era, a major problem faced by SMEs is the problem of financing. How to effectively solve this problem, promoting the healthy development of SMEs, isthe financial sector needs to research a hot issue. This paper discusses thepost-crisis era financing difficulties faced by SMEs in China and financing opportunities, analyze the reason for difficulties in financing, and after the financial crisisput forward to solve the issue of SME financing proposals.
