摘要:利用Excel的制表、函数、运算等功能，与财务核算管理结合起来能为中小企业提高经济效益服务,并且可以帮助普通群众分析财务报表。现代企业财务管理成败的一个重要环节就是财务信息系统的建设，所以很多尚未实现会计电算化的中小企业会利用Excel的函数功能来直接计算和分析会计报表相关项目的数据, 从而在一定程度上减轻会计人员的工作量, 提高会计工作效率。本文介绍通过一个公司的财务报表的数据并运用Excel的函数、图表、分析等功能来分析这个公司的各种财务状况并对其过去、现在、将来的发展作一个评定和预测的内容。

总的来说，企业管理者或者投资者等财务报表相关者要想真正说明问题、分析问题、解决问题，必须把财务报表分析与企业的实际情况、生产过程、经营战略有机地结合起来因此，不但要学会分析企业会计报表的现有数据，还要分析反映企业的资金和经营状况的关键比率，不但要学会分析企业本身的数据，还应分析同行业数据，还应考虑企业的外部环境，要冷静地分析数据，敏锐地判断市场，这样才能为报表使用者提供正确的思路，并对企业的经济现状和未来发展做出更合理的定位，引导利益关系人正确决策。对于我们财会人员来说，在平时的工作中要多点发现EXCEL的潜在功能，也可以上网或者看书，尤其在“EXCEL在会计方面的应用”的方面，让自己的知识更加丰富，为日后更好、更高效的工作作铺垫。
