摘要：财务软件被运用到会计领域后，大大提高了会计人员的工作效率，更重要的是可以提高企业管理水平，成为企业参与竞争、立于不败之地的有力武器。随着经济贸易的快速发展和信息化步伐的加快，财务软件的发展也要加快。但财务软件在发展过程中，遇到了一些问题。例如技术人员少，财务软件的功能不够完善，保密性能差，有关会计制度和法律制度还不够完善等等。为了让我国财务软件行业又好又快地发展，时刻跟上市场需求。本文针对这些问题，提出了财务软件开发技术人员与会计人员相互配合，加快财务软件运行速度和改进信息存储容量，以及政府对财务软件业给予扶持等有关决策。

Abstract：Financial software after it has been applied to the field of accounting, has greatly enhanced the efficiency of accountants, more important is that you can improve the level of enterprise management, powerful weapon to become involved in the competition, and remain invincible. With the rapid development of economic trade and acceleration of the pace of information technology, to speed up the development of financial software. Financial software during the development process, has encountered some problems. For example fewer technicians, accounting software functionality is not perfect enough, poor security, the accounting system and legal system is not perfect, and so on. In order for the accounting software industry in China to develop faster and better, keep up with the market demand. This paper focuses on these issues, proposed a financial software development technicians interact with accountants, speed up the speed and improve the financial software information storage capacity, and shall support the policy of the Government on financial software industry.

当国外财务软件的发展取得不错的成就时，我国财务软件业才刚刚起步。虽说当时国外财务软件公司具有很强的生产发明能力，但是当时中国的财务制度与国外的差异比较大，国外财务软件不能直接拿来用，这就使得我国财务软件产业有了独特的发展的机遇。这时又恰逢我国经济发展迅速，各种企业数量增长较快，带来对财务软件的巨大需求，形成了卖方市场，不少软件企业争先恐后的把握这个机遇，努力争取在财务软件市场的份额。现在大家耳熟能详的用友、金蝶就是当初几百家做财务软件公司中的胜出者。
我国的财务软件要在与国外财务软件竞争中取得优势并跟上企业的需求，需要付出一定的努力。而本论文的研究目的就是要针对我国财务软件的现状提出问题，并研究出我国财务软件发展的相应决策。
