摘要：中小企业是我国经济建设的主要生力军，对我国经济发展的作用不容轻视。而中小企业要想实现良好的内部控制，就必须重视存货管理的重要性。良好的存货管理有利于防止存货业务的失误与舞弊行为发生，还能够帮助企业降低生产成本，成功实施低成本战略。目前中小企业的存货管理中还存在不少问题制约着中小企业的发展，通过提出中小企业存货管理中存在的问题，在目前的经济形势下根据问题提出相应的对策。

Abstract：SMEs are a major force in China's economic construction of China's economic development role should not be taken lightly. The small and medium enterprises in order to achieve good internal control, we must pay attention to the importance of inventory management. Good inventory management can help prevent mistakes and fraud inventory business behavior, but also can help companies reduce production costs, the successful implementation of low-cost strategy. Current inventory management of SMEs, there are still many problems constraining the development of SMEs, small and medium enterprises through the proposed inventory management problems, in the current economic situation, the issue raised under the corresponding countermeasures.

面对企业业务日益复杂多变的局势，只有在企业范围内加强对存货的统一集中管理，从企业战略经营高度出发，促进供、产、销等链条互相衔接、协调和平衡，加速流动资金周转，才能提高企业经济效益。
要做好存货管理首先要建立适合公司自身发展的存货管理制度，使公司内部各部门之间，以及公司与供应商、经销商之间实现存货信息的共享，从而提高公司的存货管理效率。其次是制定周密的采购计划，将库存量降低到最小，减少资金占用。存货管理不仅需要健全的管理制度还应当有人性化的管理。只有做到这些才能企业的存货管理做好才能让企业不断运营。
