摘要：面对激烈的国际竞争，我国酒店业只有形成自己的竞争优势，降低成本，迅速实现低成本扩张，才是中国酒店业发展的根本出路。加强成本控制是我国酒店企业成本管理的关键，只有把科学的成本管理措施运用于实践，对现有的成本管理体系实施改革，才能促进我国酒店企业整体经济效益的提高，才能在日趋激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文通过对酒店成本费用控制的现状以及成本费用控制对酒店的发展及其市场竞争力起到的重要作用的分析，提出许多措施及建议，是酒店额成本费用能够得到更好的控制，是酒店的成本费用控制更加完善。从而促进酒店行业更好的发展，提高酒店行业的市场竞争力。

本文的研究思路及重点
（1）研究酒店发展与其成本控制的关系，酒店的经营管理模式与成本费用控制之间的相互作用关系，分析成本费用控制对酒店经营利润的重要性。
（2）研究目前我国大多数酒店企业的发展状况，发现它们在成本控制方面存在的诸多问题，并对这些问题进行简单分析，了解这些问题对整个酒店的发展及竞争性起了极大的影响。
（3）从上述了解到的问题对酒店的成本费用控制提出一些基本的措施，使酒店的成本费用能够更好的得到控制。
（4）根据酒店成本费用控制的一般措施，提出自己对改善酒店成本控制的一些建议，从而完善酒店企业对成本费用的控制。
