摘要:纺织行业在各个国家的国民经济中历来占据非常重要的地位，我国纺织品服装连年保持较高的增长势头，至今仍是世界纺织品生产和出口的第一大国。纺织品服装在我国的出口商品中一直位列首位，其进出口贸易的顺差成为我国外汇收入和资金积累的重要来源。但是，作为劳动密集型的产业，我国纺织行业一直存在着资金紧张的问题，特别是2007年4月美国的次贷危机不断蔓延，严重影响着我国纺织品出口，再加上人民币的升值，物价水平持续大幅上涨，原材料成本价格也一路上扬，如今，我国纺织行业正面临着重大整改。那么，在整改的过程中，如何才能够确保这种低利率的产业能够可持续发展？本文将通过深入分析我国纺织行业资金流动的变化，来研究纺织行业资金紧张的原因，并对其提出相应的对策。
