摘要:随着我国近几年的快速发展，尤其在市场经济这一块，市场竞争也随之加剧，企业的机遇与挑战并存，要想适应这样的环境，企业就必须得向多元化发展，扩大经营，这必然需要很多资金的投入，所以就产生了各式各样的筹资活动。但与此同时，由于筹资活动而产生的筹资风险必须要引起企业重视，若处理不当，则可能会给企业带来财务风险甚至破产的可能。
本文通过文献查阅和结合相关理论知识,对企业筹资风险问题及其对策进行了研究。首先，对筹资风险的概念和特征进行阐述。其次，提出了筹资风险产生的原因及其控制对策。然后，结合联发纺织企业内部的筹资现状，分析该公司在筹集资金过程中存在的风险问题以及产生的原因，最后提出相关可行性的建议。

Abstract:In this market economy, market competition has intensified, enterprises both opportunities and challenges, in order to adapt to this environment, enterprises must be toward diversified development, expand the business, it must need a lot of money, so they produced a variety of financing activities. But at the same time, the result of the financing activities of fundraising risk must be to the attention of the enterprise, if mishandled, could bring the possibility of financial risk, even bankruptcy.
In this paper, through literature review and combining with related theory knowledge, to the enterprise financing risk and its countermeasures are studied. First of all, elaborates the concept and characteristics of fundraising risk. Secondly, this paper puts forward the cause of fundraising risk and its control countermeasures. Then, the combination of mediatek textile enterprise internal financing present situation, the analysis of the company in the process of raising funds risk of problems and reasons, finally put forward the feasibility proposal.
