摘要:近年来，文化产业已经成为衡量综合国力的重要指标。2012年两会期间，温家宝在政府工作报告中再次强调加强文化建设。在加强和加快转变经济增长方式的前提下，加快发展文化产业，积极推动文化市场的大繁。文化产业的发展将会促进社会主义精神文明的建设，其中，文化产业投融资是促进文化产业发展的核心力量。然而，尽管近年来，我国的文化产业取得了一定的成就，对促进中国经济的高速发展，建设中国特色社会主义和谐社会具有积极的推动作用。但是如今农村文化产业的关注度仍然不够，有的甚至处于被忽略的状态。因此，随着我国农村居民物质生活水平不断提高的同时，应当寻求有效的途径解决农村文化产业投融资难的问题。
本文通过研究分析滁州文化产业存在的主要问题，并在结合国内外的相关文化产业投融资改革经验的基础上，有针对性的提出改善问题的措施，在经济不断发展的进程中，加快转变经济发展方式，使滁州实现从文化大市向文化强市的转变，并且不断提升自身的文明素质，不断繁荣其文化市场，深化产业体制改革，大力发展文化投融资产业，进而打造出一个集现代性和区域特色性于一体的滁州文化。
通过对滁州农村文化产业投融资的研究分析，对滁州农村文化产业的健康发展有一定的指导作用。同时，希望通过本文的研究对我国其它地区的文化产业投融资的发展提供一些借鉴作用。

However, although our country in recent years the development of cultural industry has made great and remarkable achievements, but the rural cultural industry attention has just begun, even still in a state of neglect. Therefore, in our country rural residents material continually get rich at the same time, should speed up seeking to crack the difficult effective way of rural investment and financing of cultural industry development.
Through research, Chuzhou main problems of cultural industry, combining with the related cultural industry investment and financing reform experience both at home and abroad, and targeted put forward measures to improve the problem, in the accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development, make the implementation of chuzhou cultural resources from the market in culturally strong across the city, civilization quality for the rising and prosperity of cultural undertakings, deepen the system reform, the development of cultural industry, create a chuzhou culture with modern characteristics, regional characteristics.
Through the study of chuzhou rural cultural industry investment and financing analysis, to the health of chuzhou rural cultural development has a certain guiding role. At the same time, hope that through this article research in other parts of the investment and financing the development of cultural industry in China to provide some reference.
