摘要:金融业要切实担当起支持经济社会发展的重任，有一个前提条件，就是要有一个良好的金融生态。良好的金融生态，能够促进金融业的健康发展，从而有力地支持、促进经济社会的发展。相反，如果金融生态失衡，金融业的生存和发展就会出现问题，在这种情况下，金融业支持经济和社会发展的能力就会大打折扣，最终影响到整个经济社会的发展。因此，优化金融生态，促进金融业健康发展，实现经济金融的良性互动和经济社会可持续发展，对于落实科学发展观，构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文阐述了金融生态环境的基本理论，分析了我国金融生态环境存在的问题，并提出了对策措施。

Abstract：Financial industry should cogent assume support economic and social development of the task, a prerequisite, is to have a good financial ecology. “金融生态”这个概念再国外并不存在，是一个具有中国特色的概念，涉及到的问题也主要是中国特有。金融生态环境是金融生态的一部分。文中我从几个方面分析了如今我国金融生态环境存在的问题以及不足，从一些文献中我又概括了一些解决这些问题的对策，通过这些对策的实施，我觉得我国金融生态环境将有一个好的起色，有助于推进我国金融和经济的发展。对我国改革金融体系，落实科学发展观，建设和谐社会具有重要的理论和现实意义。
