摘要：资本结构是企业各种资本构成的比例关系，反映各种利益相关者的权利和义务关系，影响企业的治理结构和价值。本文以江苏省的部分上市公司作为研究对象，从定性和定量角度分析影响企业资本结构的因素，并在对检验结果分析的基础上提出优化资本结构的建议。

Abstract:Capital structure is proportional relations of corporation capitals,which reflects the various stakeholders' rights and obligations and affects the corporations’ governance structure and corporations’ value. This article focuses on partial listed companies in Jiangsu Province and analyzes the influencing factors of capital structure from qualitative and quantitative point of view. Based on the analysics of the results，the paper puts forward some suggestions of optimizing capital structure.

本文首先对江苏省上市公司的资本状况进行概括，进而从定性角度对资本结构的影响因素进行宏观层面和微观层面的分析，依据江苏省上市公司的实际年度报表，利用截面数据，选取代表性的公司特征因素进行实证分析，最后，针对各个因素提出恰当的优化资本结构的策略。但是由于研究视角的局限性，本文不能做到尽善尽美，还有很多不足之处，希望以后能做出深一步的研究，为江苏省经济发展贡献一份力量。
