摘要:最近几年时间“国进民退”一词频繁出现于各大金融媒体版面上，一年前的金融海啸，国家出台了种种宏观调控政策，似乎把“国进民退”推到了高峰，随之而来的争论也从此引出，到底这种现象是社会主义市场经济的倒退，还是危机之时国家的调控“金钥匙”。
本文在此将对“国进民退”进行概括性介绍，并分类展示给大家中国市场经济体制下的“国进民退”现象，从而看到它对中国经济的影响，并深入了探讨出现该现象的原因。最终，阐述对该现象引发的思考。
文章认为，“国进民退”现象一直以来为社会各界所关心，如何正确的使用宏观调控将严重影响着国家未来经济发展和经济秩序。我们将从多方面着手研究，找到一种合理的调控方式，解决好好民营企业与国有企业的发展、核心资源的分配、个人财产保护等问题。从而是中国经济朝着健康有序的方向发展。

Abstract:Last few years, "Guo Jin Min Tui" is frequently seen in the pages of the major financial media. Introduction of various macro-control policies seems to push "Guo Jin Min Tui" to the peak after the financial tsunami a year ago. And then, it brings a lot of controversy which is a regression of the socialist market economy or the Country's macro-control "golden key".
In this article, we will make a description for “Guo Jin Min Tui” and have to demonstrate to everyone "Guo Jin Min Tui" phenomenon under the Chinese market economy. So we will see its economic impact in China and study for the cause of the phenomenon. Finally, we state our solution of the phenomenon.
As we know, all of us are concern about “Guo Jin Min Tui” phenomenon. The government’s solution of the phenomenon would affect the socialist market economy’s development. We will find a reasonable manner of macro-control to solve the question through our study. At the same time, we are able to solve the development of private enterprises, the allocation of core resources, personal property protection and other issues. Chinese economy would develop more and more wonderful with the correct macro-control policies.
