摘要:中小企业融资难，无论是发达的国家，还是仍在发展中的国家，一直都是全社会关注的难题。广东省作为中国改革开放的先行省，许多束缚中小企业发展的难题基本上都解决了，但是广东省中小企业的融资状况还是不如人意，广东省中小企业的融资途径也一直正处于探索完善之中。然而，2008年突如其来的金融海啸，对全世界经济的影响我们都有目共睹，那么，对广东省中小企业融资究竟有多大的影响呢？因此，探讨金融海啸后广东中小企业的融资途径，是一件很有价值的工作。

Abstract:The difficulties of doing financing in minor enterprises are the challenges which society concerns much about, both in developed and developing countries. As a leading province of China’s reform and opening-up, Guangdong province solved many problems which tie the development of many minor enterprises. However, the condition of minor enterprises in Guangdong is not satisfactory and enterprises are still finding a better way to do financing. We have suffered the influence of global economy after the financial crisis in 2008. How about the influence of Guangdong minor enterprises? It is valuable to investigate Guangdong minor enterprises’ approach of financing after financial crisis.

广东省中小企业大都集中在传统的第三产业和加工制造业，高投入、高消耗、高污染、低效益的发展模式尚未根本转变，自主创新能力不足。许多制造业的商家接二连三地倒闭，如：东莞市樟木头镇合俊集团旗下的两家大型玩具厂突然倒闭；宝安百灵达公司宣布停止经营；宝安宜进利工厂宣布破产；坪山创亿玩具深圳有限公司倒闭；龙岗港声电子厂破产；西丽西洋服装厂倒闭等等。
