摘要:随着电子商务的快速发展,我国快递市场特别是民营快递业迅猛发展,民营快递业的人力资源管理显得日趋重要。然而,从目前民营快递行业的管理状况来看,仍然存在一些问题。本文在探析人力资源管理对企业发展的重要性的基础之上,阐述了我国民营快递业人力资源管理的现状,着重分析了我国民营快递行业人力资源管理中存在的问题及原因,并从四个方面提出了民营快递业人力资源管理的新思路:人力资源管理理念的转变;实施职业经理人制度;柔性人力资源规划;建设人力资源的网络型、快递行业人力资源整合。

Abstrsct: With the rapid development of e-commerce, Chinese express delivery industry ,especially the private express delivery has developed swiftly and violently, in that case, human resource management is becoming important. However, there are still some to be desired about the human resource management of private express delivery. This paper described the current situation of human resource management in Chinese private express industry, focusing on analysis of the problems and reasons of human resource management of Chinese private express delivery industry on the base of analyzing the importance of human resource management to enterprise development, and put forward new ideas about human resource management of private express delivery industry from the four aspects : Transform human resources management thought; occupation manager system; flexible human resources management; construct of human resource network, integrate the express delivery industry human resource .
