摘要：中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分。在整个国民经济中有着举足轻重的地位。中小企业财务治理是企业管理组成的重要部分，关系到企业的正常运行及长远发展。针对现阶段中小企业财务治理的现状，从财务治理的特殊性、存在问题、及其解决方法等几个方面详细分析了中小企业财务治理中的普遍问题，通过研究总结，从多个方面对中小企业财务治理的改进方法提出了建议。

Abstract：SMEs are an important part of the national economy. In the entire national economy has a pivotal position. Financial management is the management of SMEs form an important part, related to the company's normal operation and long-term development. Financial management of SMEs for the status quo at this stage, from the special nature of financial management, problems, and solutions such as a detailed analysis of several aspects of the financial management of SMEs common problems, through research concluded, from several aspects of small and medium improved method of corporate financial management recommendations.

中小企业在我国国民经济的发展中的地位越来越重要，在吸引劳动力、推动企业的发展、促使企业技术的不断革新以及推动整个国民经济的发展都起到了举足轻重的作用。财务管理是企业管理的核心内容，但是，我国中小型企业的财务管理存在许多的问题，这些问题给企业的自身发展带来许多阻碍，不能很好地适应现代化经济市场的发展要求并且面对市场竞争不能很好地做出市场定位，致使企业的生存发展面临严峻的挑战。深入剖析中小企业的财务治理方面存在问题，探讨及时有效的加强财务管理的措施，创新财务治理机制，增强中小企业竞争力，这是我国中小企业的首要任务，也是做强中小企业的关键。[1]并且，在我国市场经济越来越发达的今天，倘若中小企业的财务管理得不到很好地规划与治理，企业必将面临危机。中小企业财务管理上的工作任重而道远，应结合中小企业自身的发展和新经济时代的特点采取相应措施，充分发挥财务管理的职能，促进中小企业健康发展。
