摘要:随着世界经济一体化的不断加强，国际合作的快速发展，外商直接投资逐渐成为影响中国经济发展的重要因素之一。外商直接投资为我国经济发展带来了众多影响，一方面，外商直接投资的引入为我国经济的发展解决了资金难的问题，为我国带来了最新的科学技术，打开了眼界。但同时也使我国的环境资源受到了严重的挑战。环境污染、资源枯竭等问题层出不穷。空气质量下降，水资源污染的例子比比皆是。现阶段环境恶化更是一个备受关注的全球性问题，日益成为影响国家间政治经济关系的重要内容。目前针对外商直接投资环境效应的影响的研究主要分为两部分，第一，外商直接投资的负效应，即外商直接投资将会给东道国生态环境带来巨大压力并带来不利影响。第二，外商直接投资的正效应，即外商直接投资的引入将会改善东道国的环境质量。本文将以理论研究为基础，以事实论证为核心，探讨外商直接投资为东道国带来的正面和负面影响，并探讨在世界经济一体化的大趋势下，如何实现外商直接投资与一国生态环境的和谐稳定并给出建议。强调政府、企业与社会相配合，多管齐下的实现我国构建环境友好型社会的目标。

Abstract:As the trend of integration of world economy is improved constantly and the rapidly developing International cooperation, foreign direct investment has become one of the important factors of economic development in China. Foreign direct investment has raised the influence on China's economic development. On the one hand, foreign direct investment help solve the capital shortage, also bring the latest science and technology to us, broaden our vision. Yet on the other hand, it is threatening our environmental resource seriously, increasing environmental pollution and resource shortage. Poor air quality and water polluting are wide spread everywhere. The worsening of present environment turns into a global highlight, gradually becoming an important factor in political and economic relationships among states. For now, the research on the effect of foreign direct investment is mainly divided into two parts of focuses, the first one is the negative effect of foreign direct investment, which indicates that foreign direct investment will bring negative effect on the environment of the host country, the second part, on the contrary, is that the environment of the host country will be improving. This dissertation will discuss the positive and negative effect of foreign direct investment on the host country, and the way to realize the harmony between foreign direct investment and the environment of the host country under the trend of economic globalization, based on theoretical research and centered on proofing evidence. It emphasizes the association under the cooperation of the government, enterprises , and the society, with multipronged approaches, in order to achieve the goal of establishing an environment-friendly society in China .
