摘 要：国际保理是当今国际贸易发展的必然产物，国际市场上越来越突出的激烈化竞争让国际保理得以蓬勃发展，国际保理以其独特的运作方式，让买方在只凭自身商业信用而无需抵押的情况下获得物权，这样的模式很好的适应了买方市场，也在一定程度上促进了国际贸易的发展。在国际范围上，国际保理这项业务已经比较成熟，但是在我国,它的发展并没有达到发达国家的水平。
本论文首先针对国际保理业务进行了概述，介绍了其产生和发展过程以及运作模式和业务流程，然后详细解释了加快发展我国国际保理业务的必要性，对其中的关键点进行了说明，之后根据现有的资料进行概括，归纳和总结，分析得到国际保理业务在我国发展中存在的问题，通过对这些问题的研讨，最后提出了一些合理的建议。如果成功解决了国际保理业务在我国发展中存在的问题，这对于推动国际保理在我国的发展将有着十分重要的社会意义。在此，希望笔者的文章能够给读者带来一定的启发。

ABSTRACT：International Factoring is the inevitable outcome of the development of international trade, it is booming due to the fierce competition in the international market, international factoring because it will enable the buyer without collateral, just their own commercial credit of property rights, to adapt a buyer's market, and brought a new impetus for the development of international trade.International Factoring in the international context is already a relatively mature business , but in the development of our country did not reach the level of developed countries, to carry out the scope is very limited.
