摘要:近几年来国内外公共娱乐场所的事故频发，一旦发生事故，就会造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失，也会给社会带来不良的影响。我国对公共娱乐场所的安全管理状况研究起步较晚，但公共娱乐场所现已成为人们日常生活不可缺少的一部分，设计人群广，使国家对娱乐场所的安全管理重视度提高。
本文重点是对公共娱乐场所中KTV的安全管理进行研究，总结出我国目前的安全管理现状及特点，对国内外近几年类似娱乐场所KTV发生的事故进行统计，并通过事故树分析方法详细找出可能导致KTV中事故发生的危险因素，最后通过事故分析方法对危险因素的确定设计出更科学合理的安全管理措施，最终有效的预防公共娱乐场所KTV的事故发生，不仅能减少人员伤亡还不浪费人力财力。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, the domestic and international public entertainment frequent accidents event of an accident, it will cause heavy casualties and property losses, will adversely affect society. The security situation of public entertainment in China started relatively late,but Public entertainment has now become an indispensable part of people's daily lives,design a wide crowd,Improve the safety management of the country entertainment importance.
This article focuses on the safety management of public entertainment KTV, summed up China's current status and characteristics of the safety management,For domestic and foreign similar entertainment KTV accident statistics in recent years,Through the fault tree analysis method in detail to identify the risk factors that may lead to KTV in the accident,Finally, accident analysis methods and risk factors to determine design more reasonable safety measures,Public places of entertainment KTV ultimately achieve both effective in preventing accidents the fewer casualties not a waste of human and financial resources.

当前有关娱乐场所的安全状况的研究主要集中在减灾防灾等单一方面进行研究，还没有从系统的角度全面进行讨论有害因素对娱乐场所安全状况的影响。想要科学有效地保障场所内人员及财产的安全，计划通过全面分析公共娱乐场所KTV的安全事故特点，研究场所内的安全管理状况及影响因素，对内部存在的危险源进行辨识、分析，并有针对性的进行有效控制，提出安全管理方法，全方位、多角度的综合考虑来减少事故的发生。
