摘要:采购是各个企业所共有的职能,是企业经营的起始环节,同样也为企业创造价值。随着企业规模的不断扩大及精细管理和信息技术的广泛应用,采购的作用日益突出。它不仅是保证生产正常运转的必要条件,而且也为企业降低成本、增加盈利创造条件。它已经成为企业经营的一个核心环节,是获得利润的重要来源,在企业的产品开发、质量保证、供应链管理及其经营管理中也起着极其重要的作用。本文首先对企业采购和采购管理的作用进行了简单的概述,进而介绍和论述了供应定位模型及理论,最后提出了供应定位模型在企业采购中的应用分析,并且在运用这一部分中主要介绍了获取与选择报价、采购项目位移策略及实施、采购项目的差异化策略及实施三个部分;其中采购项目的差异化策略及实施中包含了采购活动管理策略及实施、供应商选择与评价策略及实施和供应商关系管理策略及实施三个方面。在我国的企业采购中还存在着各种不合理的问题,优化好采购这一环节对企业来说至关重要,希望本论文论述的内容对我国的企业采购有一定的借鉴意义。

无论是原材料采购、还是产品的生产和销售,这其中的每一个环节对企业来说都至关重要。采购环节的好坏决定着其它部分是否能够正常运转。采购管理是企业管理的重要内容,也是企业获取利润的重要源泉。完善好采购环节,能够为企业创造很大的优势。企业在采购方面还存在着各种约束条件,比如采购设备不齐全、缺乏专业的采购人员、采购组织结构不合理等。现如今,随着经济的发展,各类型的企业层出不穷,竞争越来越激烈,特别是刚起步及正在发展中的企业要想在激励的竞争环境中获得一席之地,就不应该忽视采购管理的重要性。我选这个题目。目的在于借鉴采购管理成功的企业例子,结合自己所学的知识,在分析我国企业采购管理存在的问题基础上提出供应定位模型在企业采购中供应商管理环节的应用。
