摘要:药品冷链物流是由医药物流和冷链物流相结合的一个物流分支，它既要满足医药制品的高质量要求，又要满足冷藏品的特殊温度要求。在医疗改革的背景下我国医药市场的规模不断扩大，同时随着云南省生物技术的不断提高，促进了以疫苗为代表的生物制品等冷藏药品的发展。与之同时我们对其发展起着至关重要作用的药品冷链物流在成本和质量等方面提出了更高的要求，然而目前云南省的药品冷链物流发展滞后，难以满足对温度敏感的冷藏药品在流通环节中的要求，使药品供应得不到应有的保障，制约了云南省医药业的发展，从而影响了云南经济的发展和人们的用药需求和安全。本文通过对云南省药品冷链物流的发展状况进行阐述，指出并分析了云南省药品冷链物流在发展中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的药品冷链物流的发展对策。

ABSTRACT:Drug cold chain logistics is a logistics combined medicine logistics and cold chain logistics branch, it has to meet the high quality requirements for medicine products, but also to meet the special refrigerated temperature requirements. In the context of health care reform, the scale of Chinese medicine market continues to expand, the same time as the continuous improvement of biotechnology in Yunnan province, in order to promote the development of cold storage drug such as the vaccine, biological products and so on. Drug cold chain logistics simultaneously with its development plays a vital role in the cost and quality put forward higher requirements, however the drug cold chain logistics development in Yunnan province lag that difficult to meet the temperature sensitive refrigerated drugs in circulation, so that the supply of medicines without proper protection, which restricts the development of the medicine industry in Yunnan province, thus affecting the economic development of Yunnan and the demand and use of people for drug. This article by drug cold chain logistics development in Yunnan province was described as the Yunnan drug cold chain logistics development and drug cold chain logistics development countermeasures for these.

云南省医药市场的规模不断扩大和生物技术的发展，促进了云南省生物医药业不断发展，这也让以疫苗为代表的生物制品等生物制药快速发展，其中生物制药品绝大多数属于温度敏感性药品，同时其它一些对温度敏感的药品也迅速发展。所以直接推动了云南省冷藏药品的快速增长，增加了对药品冷链的需求并对其提出了更高的要求。因此云南省有必要加快药品冷链物流发展，让其有效解决控制物流成本，提高物流管理水平和流通效率，防止断“链”保证药品质量等而规范、有效地保障市场规模在不断扩大的冷藏药品的供应，从而提高云南医药企业的竞争力，加快云南省医药业的发展，同时确保人们的用药安全和对药品的需求。
