摘要:随着我国物流业的全面对外开放，国外的物流技术、设备和全球网络的优势，国内涌现出了大多的第三方物流企业，特别是中小型第三方物流企业如雨后春笋般崛起。目前我国的第三方物流基本上处于分散、割裂、封闭和无序竞争状态。在这样的市场态势下，我国的第三方物流企业，特别是中小型第三方物流企业，要想谋求生存和长期发展，进而在竞争中获得优势，对物流资源的整合就成为其持续与快速发展的必然选择。本文首先对第三方物流资源整合的基本理论进行了综述，随后，对我国中小型第三方物流企业进行了界定，并阐释了第三方物流资源整合的必要性。在对中小型第三方物流企业从内部和外部两个方面对第三方物流企业的资源整合中存在的问题进行了详细的分析,最后从问题中找出解决的策略。其中，内部资源整合研究了中小型第三方物流企业能力、业务、客户和信息资源的整合；外部资源整合部分则对物流企业联盟和物流并购以及建立物流信息平台几方面深入探讨，找出一些解决的办法。

ABSTRACT:Along with our country logistics industry comprehensive opening to the outside world, foreign logistics technology, equipment, and the advantage of global network, the domestic emerged most third-party logistics enterprises, especially small and medium-sized third party logistics enterprises have sprung up. At present our country the third party logistics are basically in a state of scattered, lacerate, closed and disorderly competition. Under such market situation, China's third-party logistics enterprises, especially small and medium-sized third party logistics enterprise, to seek survival and long-term development, and gain advantage in competition, integration of logistics resources has become the inevitable choice of the sustainable and rapid development. This article first to the third party logistics resources integration of the basic theories are reviewed, then, to our country small and medium-sized third party logistics enterprise is defined, and illustrates the necessity of the third party logistics resources integration. In the small and medium-sized third party logistics enterprise from two aspects of internal and external resource integration of third party logistics enterprise problems are analyzed in detail. Finally find out from the problem solving strategies, among them, the internal resources integration part to business processes restructuring as the main line, the third party logistics enterprise customers, capabilities, and the integration of information resources; Part external resources integration in the logistics enterprise alliance and merger and acquisition and establish logistics information platform aspects in-depth discussion, find out a solution.
