摘要
山西食醋是山西省最具特色的传统土特产之一,在国内外享有盛誉,但山西食醋行业的实际发展状况与其名声相比却有较大的差距,在出口贸易方面更是处于初步探索阶段。现如今正值山西产业结构转型时期,食醋行业规模虽小,利润也偏低,但作为山西省标志性的传统行业之一,同时又深得广大国内消费者的信任和喜爱,所以仍然具有很大的转型价值,有必要在转型时期被提上日程,以便于在得到多方重视的情况下更好更快地发展。本文在浅析山西食醋行业现状的基础上,试图找出阻碍其发展的一些关键因素,并进一步着重探讨其在出口当中遇到的问题,最后提出一些相应的出口对策,主要目的是促进山西食醋行业的出口发展,使其在国内外都拥有更稳固和广泛的市场,真正做到“名副其实”。

Abstrat
Shanxi vinegar is one of the representative products of Shanxi province, renowned at home and abroad, but compared with the fame, the actual status of Shanxi vinegar industry has been backword much, especially in the export trade it is still in the initial stage of exploration. Now as Shanxi is at the time of industrial structure transformation, though vinegar industry's scale is small, profit is low, as the symbol of Shanxi's traditional industries, and has already won the majority of domestic consumers' trust and love, it still have great transition value. So it is necessary to put it on the agenda in the period of transition, once get more attention, it will acquire better and faster development. This article briefly analyze the present situation of Shanxi vinegar industry , and on that basis trying to find out some key factors that hinder its development, and further discusses the problems it encountered in exports,.Finally I put forward some corresponding countermeasures for the export. The main purpose is to promote the development of export of Shanxi vinegar industry , make it have a more solid and extensive market no matter at home or abroad , and accomplish truly "be worthy of the name".
