摘要
企业社会责任既是社会对企业的要求,也是企业提高自身竞争力的重要手段,是企业对其利益相关者所承担的法律责任、经济责任、慈善责任、环境责任的综合。随着全球经济的不断发展, 企业对社会和人类生活的影响不断增强,要求企业承担社会责任的呼声不断高涨。在西方国家,企业对社会责任的认识已大幅提高,并在积极承担企业社会责任。而在我国，许多企业社会责缺失的问题却很严重。与众多企业不同的，郑州宇通集团却在积极的承担社会责任。
郑州宇通集团有限公司（简称“宇通集团”）是以客车为核心业务的大型企业集团，总部位于河南省郑州市。集团一直致力于承担社会责任，2010年更是获得了郑州市红十字会颁发的“爱心企业特殊贡献奖”。
本文意在研究宇通集团积极承担社会责任的各种措施，并总结企业积极承担社会责任的意义，将其经验推广到我国的其他企业，带动我国企业积极承担企业社会责任。

ABSTRACT
Corporate social responsibility is both a social requirements for firm, but also an important means to improve their own competitiveness. Legal responsibility, economic responsibility, charitable responsibility, environmental responsibility assumed by the enterprise to its stakeholders. With the continuous development of the global economy, the impact on society and human life and constantly enhance the corporate social responsibility and the voice rising. In Western countries, The enterprise has been a substantial increase in the understanding of social responsibility and corporate social responsibility. In China, don’t fulfill the corporate social responsibility is a serious problem. At the same time, Yu Tong Group is active in corporate social responsibility.
Yu Tong Group is a bus, engineering machinery, automobile parts, and real estate as the business, with other investments large enterprise groups, Headquarters is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. The Group has been committed to social responsibility, Group awarded the China Charity Award for Special Contribution from Red Cross in 2010.
This article is intended to study Yu Tong Group active social responsibility measures, and may be the role of corporate social responsibility, its experience to other enterprises in China, driven by China's enterprises active corporate social responsibility.
