摘要:在当今的中国,个性化服务已随着时间的向前推进而逐渐深入民心。很多人开始萌生出“自助游”、“自由行”等形式的,少借助旅游中介甚至不借助旅游中介帮忙的旅游方式。而旅行社作为旅游行业的中间商,其中介功能也因为“自助游”等旅游方式而减弱,旅行社的传统旅游产品已脱离了部分人民大众的需要,因此旅行生应设计个性化的服务,以追赶这一潮流。但由于旅行社根据以往的产品推广以及营运的方式来推行个性化服务,使得个性化服务未能在旅行社很好地成长。本文将结合广之旅的情况及个人的实习体验,分析旅行社个性化服务的存在问题,并提出对策方案,希望能被旅行社在决策时所参考。

Abstract:As the time past, there are more and more people hope to have personalized sevice in China. Self drive travel is also more and more populat. However, these way to travel is less or not though the help of tarvel agency. As a middlemen in traveling, travel agency have loss some customer. Therefore, travel agency most provide their personalized service. Now, the personalized service still in slowly development, because the travel agency deal with personalized service as their traditional tourism products. This page will base on situation of GZL and myslef experience, talk about how to provide a good environment to develop personalized service.

虽然个性化服务在实施的过程中有有一定的困难,而且人的需求是五花八门的,没办法一一满足,但也无法阻挡它在旅游业的蓬勃发展。近年来,旅游业的发展引起振奋的极大关注,据分析,旅游业在不久的将来将称为国民经济的主导产业,那旅游业的快速发展势必成为目前需要努力的方向。旅行社该如何更好地发展旅游,让旅游带动经济的快速发展,个性化服务的运用与创新无疑就是一个重头戏。只有满足顾客的不同需要,是顾客对旅行社提供的服务满意度高,通过旅行社为其计划外出旅游的次数高了,才能是得旅行社在未来发展中拥有充足而稳定的客户群,在旅游行业中稳占有利的地位。
