摘要:本系统是从销售公司实际业务出发,分析了汽车零配件管理的工作流程,并以销售管理和入库管理为重点,主要分成了六大模块,它们分别是:系统设置模块、客户信息模块、基础信息模块、入库操作模块、销售操作模块和查询统计模块。实现了对汽车零配件的出入库管理、查询、销售管理等功能。系统设置模块主要是对系统的用户进行管理,它的主要功能是权限设置和用户添加,其目的就是为了保证该系统中的数据不会被未授权的用户窃取。客户信息模块主要的作用是对客户信息有效的进行管理,这可以让销售公司和客户之间保持一种长久的联系。基础信息模块能提高系统的灵活性,可以方便系统以后的维护和升级。入库操作模块能对汽车零配件的库存信息进行高效的管理。销售操作模块提供的销售查询和销售管理功能。查询统计模块主要是对系统中入库信息、销售信息进行查询,并且可以查看某一段时间内的利润以及提供库存警报功能。

   本系统的主要特色是可以针对不同的汽车零配件和不同需求的客户制定不同的价格策略,通过这种策略,可以对客户与零配件价格之间的关系进行灵活的管理;可以为每个零配件设置一个最小库存值,当库存数量小于该值时提醒用户进货;通过不同的价格管理产生价格利润,同时可以为每个零配件的销售情况生成EXCEL报表,通过EXCEL报表,用户可以直观的了解零配件的销售情况,并制定相应的进货和销售策略。

Abstract:This system embarks from the sale of the company business, analyzes the workflow of the automobile spare parts management, and focuses on the sales management and storage management, it is mainly divided into six modules, including system settings module, customer information module, the basic information module, the database operation module, sales module and query statistics module. The system has realized the function of auto spare parts management, warehouse management, sales management, query and so on. System settings module mainly carries on the management of the users of the system, its main function is to set permissions and add users, its purpose is to ensure that the data in the system will not be stolen by the unauthorized users. Customer information module mainly manages customer information effectively, which allows the company to maintain a long-term relationship with customers. The basic information module can improve the flexibility of the system, and then it can facilitate the future system maintenance and upgrade. Warehousing operation module can manage the inventory information of automobile spare parts efficiently. Sales operation module provides sales inquiry and sales management functions. Query statistics module mainly inquires the storage of information and sales information of the system, and it can also view a certain period profits and provide the inventory alarm function.

   Firstly, the main feature of this system aims to make different pricing strategies for different automobile spare parts and the different needs of customers, by using this strategy, we can carry out flexible management of the relationship between the client and the spare parts price. Secondly, the system can set a minimum inventory value for each parts, when the inventory quantity is less than the value, it can remind users to purchase. Thirdly, the system can get price profit through different price management, at the same time it can also generate EXCEL statements for the sales of each parts, through the EXCEL report, the user can intuitively understand the sales of spare parts, and then set up the relevant purchase and sales strategy.
